(“Spark” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SPKE), an independent retail energy services company, today announced the resignation of Gil Melman, Spark’s Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Melman is resigning to pursue other opportunities, effective December 31, 2018.
